Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator role is based on-site in North, PA and involves handling movement of products and ensuring accurate shipping/receiving processes.

Key duties include monitoring orders and inventory, creating shipments in SAP, scheduling with carriers, and coordinating with Customer Service and Quality to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Strong background in computerized inventory and shipping systems, preferably SAP.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent problem solving skills and numeracy skills.
• Enthusiastic team player.
• Results oriented and high attention to detail.
• Ability to learn computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales orders and inventory levels to ensure timely shipment.
• Prepare Shipments – Create in SAP, print and assemble paperwork, confirm shipment accuracy.
• Schedule Shipments with carriers and/or customers as required.
• Send all pick-up request emails.
• Comply with customer order requests.
• Shipment expediting as requested/required.
• Resolving SAP system or inventory issues that may prevent timely shipment of orders.
• Consulting with the Customer Service and Quality departments to resolve issues preventing shipment.
• Vacation coverage in other areas of the department.

As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator you will perform manual duties related to movement of products and materials; verify the physical accuracy of the shipping and receiving function. This position is located in North, PA - USA.
