Responsibilities

• Orchestrate Supply Readiness: maintain real-time stock logs, equipment tracking, dispatch timelines, and venue setup briefs.
• Synchronize Cross-Team Operations: coordinate with field leads, transport contacts, and venue managers to keep assets moving on time.
• Identify Risks & Resolve Delays: track inventory metrics, spot bottlenecks early, implement swift solutions.
• Lead Strategy Briefings: facilitate daily distribution huddles, assign tasks, document decisions, and track follow-through.

Your Everyday Operational Command

As an Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator, you’ll collaborate directly with senior supply chain managers while taking active ownership of daily staging, dispatch, and resource management tasks.

• Orchestrate Supply Readiness: Maintain real-time stock logs, equipment tracking sheets, dispatch timelines, and venue setup briefs.
• Synchronize Cross-Team Operations: Work closely with field leads, transport contacts, and venue managers to keep campaign assets moving on time.
