Qualifications

• Open to all academic degree paths (High School Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree welcome).
• Beginners welcome! Backgrounds in warehouse operations, retail stocking, customer service, or office administration are a plus; we provide hands-on training.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with fast problem-solving in high-velocity team environments.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate Supply Readiness: maintain real-time stock logs, equipment tracking, dispatch timelines, and venue setup briefs.
• Synchronize Cross-Team Operations: coordinate with field leads, transport contacts, and venue managers to keep assets moving on time.
• Identify Risks & Resolve Delays: track inventory metrics, spot bottlenecks early, implement swift solutions.
• Lead Strategy Briefings: facilitate daily distribution huddles, assign tasks, document decisions, and track follow-through.
