The Engine Behind Coastal Operations

Our logistics team builds the operational backbone, organizing inventory counts, staging promotional assets, managing dispatch logs, and coordinating venue setups across Greater Wilmington.

Your Essential Daily Workflows

As an Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator, you’ll work alongside senior supply leads while taking hands‑on ownership over daily campaign staging and inventory flow.

• Streamline Asset Readiness: Maintain real-time stock logs, equipment tracking sheets, venue setup briefs, and dispatch schedules.
• Coordinate Cross-Team Supply: Collaborate with venue leads, transport contacts, and internal teams to keep equipment and timelines aligned.
• Track Workflows & Resolve Delays: Monitor distribution metrics, spot inventory bottlenecks early, and implement practical staging solutions.
• Lead Strategy Syncs: Participate in morning briefing huddles, record key operational decisions, assign priority tasks, and track follow-through.

Candidate Profile & Core Attributes

• Education: Open to all academic degree paths (High School Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree welcome).
• Experience: Beginners welcome! Backgrounds in warehouse operations, retail stocking, customer service, or office coordination are a plus, we provide complete, hands‑on training.
