Our logistics team builds the operational backbone, coordinating inventory movement, staging promotional assets, managing dispatch schedules, and optimizing venue setups across Greater Milwaukee.

What You’ll Steer Day to Day

As an Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator, you’ll work alongside experienced supply chain leads while taking hands-on ownership over daily dispatch, staging, and inventory tracking workflows.

• Streamline Inventory & Asset Staging: Maintain real-time stock counts, equipment tracking sheets, dispatch lists, and venue setup briefs.
• Coordinate Cross-Team Supply Routes: Collaborate with field leads, transport contacts, and venue managers to keep campaign assets moving smoothly and on schedule.
• Resolve Operational Bottlenecks: Spot inventory delays early, monitor delivery metrics, and implement swift, practical staging solutions.
• Lead Morning Strategy Briefings: Facilitate daily distribution huddles, assign priority tasks, document key operational decisions, and track execution.

Candidate Profile & Core Strengths

• Education: Open to all academic degree backgrounds (High School Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree welcome).
• Experience: Beginners welcome! Backgrounds in warehouse operations, retail stocking, customer service, or office coordination are a plus—we provide complete, hands-on training.
