• Identify and solve delays by monitoring delivery metrics and bottlenecks; implement practical staging solutions.
• Lead daily strategy briefings, document key decisions, assign priorities, and maintain workflow.

The Engine Driving Our Supply Network

Our logistics team builds the operational foundation, coordinating inventory tracking, staging promotional kits, managing dispatch schedules, and supporting venue setups across Greater Mission.

Your Core Daily Operational Role

As an Entry‑Level Logistics Coordinator, you’ll work directly alongside senior supply chain directors while mastering essential dispatch, staging, and inventory workflows.

• Oversee Supply Readiness: Maintain real‑time inventory counts, equipment tracking logs, dispatch plans, and venue setup briefs.
• Synchronize Venue Alignment: Collaborate with field leads, transport partners, and venue managers to ensure campaign materials arrive on time and fully prepared.
• Identify & Solve Delays: Monitor delivery metrics, catch inventory bottlenecks early, and implement practical staging solutions.
• Lead Strategy Briefings: Facilitate morning distribution syncs, assign priority tasks, document key decisions, and maintain daily workflow flow.

Candidate Attributes & Qualifications

• Education: Open to all academic degree paths (High School Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree welcome).
• Experience: Beginners welcome! Backgrounds in warehouse operations, retail stocking, customer service, or office coordination are a plus, we offer complete, hands‑on training.
