Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Taylor, MI to join the Operations team.

You will support warehouse administration, customer communications, shipment management, and billing, ensuring accurate records and on-time deliveries. You will use Microsoft Office and CargoWise to maintain files, generate reports, and support workflows, while coordinating with customers, brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse administration, customer service, or a related clerical role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong data entry, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with CargoWise or similar transportation management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics activities including shipment scheduling, order management, and transportation support.
• Create, manage, and process shipment files while ensuring accurate billing and documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and CargoWise software to maintain records, generate reports, and support operational workflows.
• Communicate regularly with customers, brokers, freight forwarders, trucking companies, importers, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide weekly status updates and operational reporting to management while supporting warehouse and transportation teams.
