Job summary

Aston Carter in Salt Lake City, UT seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage sales shipments and orders in Food/Meat. You'll coordinate with sales reps, vendors and government bodies, track data in internal systems and Oracle, and handle international documents to ensure compliant shipments.

This onsite contract-to-hire role runs 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with 401(k) match after 6 months, annual COLA or merit bonuses after 12 months, and 13 days PTO increasing after 3 years.

This role involves collaboration with sales representatives, vendors, and government departments such as customs to ensure products are shipped and received accurately. The role requires tracking information through internal systems and using Oracle, ensuring compliance with international regulations. Additionally, the coordinator will handle original documents for international tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales shipments and orders for Food/Meat products.

• Collaborate with sales reps, vendors, and government departments to ensure accurate shipping and receiving.

• International shipping experience is a plus.

Work Environment

The position is located in Downtown SLC, operating onsite from Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The role involves working closely with a team lead and 2-3 other team members. Employees are eligible for a 401K at a 4% match after 6 months, annual COLA and/or merit bonuses after 12 months, and 13 days of PTO until the 3rd anniversary, which increases by 40 hours. Working interviews are conducted to showcase experience directly.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salt Lake City, UT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
