Job summary

Big Bolt LLC in Bloomingdale, IL is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations. You will coordinate shipments and work with Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, Production and Sales to keep materials moving.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in shipping/logistics, experience with Bills of Lading and NetSuite, and strong communication. This full-time onsite role offers competitive hourly pay and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing and reviewing Bills of Lading.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Serve as the internal expeditor between Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, Production, and Sales.
• Prepare and maintain Bills of Lading and shipping documentation.
• Investigate UPS claims, delivery concerns, and freight-related issues.
• Maintain shipping and inventory records in NetSuite ERP.
• Assist with month-end inventory and shipping activities, including inventory adjustments.
• Identify and resolve logistics issues that could affect production or customer orders.
• Help improve shipping processes and overall operational efficiency.

Pay: $23.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time | Onsite | Monday–Friday | 8-hour shift

Are you an organized, detail-oriented logistics professional who enjoys coordinating shipments, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly? Big Bolt LLC is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support our fast-paced manufacturing operation.

For nearly 50 years, Big Bolt has been a trusted manufacturer of specialty fasteners, delivering high-quality custom products with industry-leading turnaround times. In this role, you will help ensure that materials and shipments move efficiently while supporting our Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, Production, and Sales teams.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to help ensure accurate, on-time deliveries
• Serve as the primary internal expeditor between Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, Production, and Sales
• Prepare, review, and maintain Bills of Lading and other shipping documentation

What We’re Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
• NetSuite ERP experience

Work Environment

This position is performed in a manufacturing and warehouse setting. The role may require:

• Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday
• Working around typical warehouse noise and varying temperatures
• Occasional overtime based on business needs
