Job summary

American Bolt Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Lead for the 1st shift in New Berlin, WI. This full-time, growth-focused, hands-on role operates Monday–Friday 5:30AM–2:00PM and supports a team-driven shipping operation.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse shipping, forklift experience, and a dedication to safety. You will coordinate daily activities, mentor staff, and collaborate with sales to resolve issues and improve accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years' experience in warehouse shipping, receiving, and/or order fulfillment.
• Forklift experience is required; sit-down, stand-up or scissors lift preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in a safety-first warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping activities to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Manage workloads, staffing, and priorities with warehouse leadership.
• Assign routes and vehicles; support loading activities.
• Arrange FedEx and third-party shipments with required documentation.
• Monitor outbound progress and communicate priorities during handoffs.
• Train and provide feedback to shipping team members.
• Collaborate with Sales and other departments on order issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve shipping processes and inventory accuracy.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years' experience in warehouse shipping, receiving, and/or order fulfillment.
• Previous experience training, leading, or providing day-to-day guidance to warehouse employees preferred.
• Forklift experience required (sit down, stand up, scissors lift experience preferred).
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
