Job summary

Big Bolt LLC in Bloomingdale, IL is hiring a Forklift Driver for a full-time, first and second shift. You will operate forklifts, move materials, and support inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, and stage materials.
• Receive and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Deliver materials to production and shipping departments as needed.
• Load outbound shipments accurately and securely.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate inventory by documenting material movements.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Keep warehouse aisles and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Support general warehouse operations as needed.

What You'll Do
