Big Bolt LLC in Bloomingdale, IL is seeking a dependable Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. This full-time role supports safe material handling and timely production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will operate forklifts, verify shipments, move materials, and assist with inventory counts while following OSHA safety policies. We offer stable hours on 1st and 2nd shifts, with competitive pay and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience.
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to read and understand shipping documents, labels, and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, and stage materials.
• Receive and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Deliver materials to production and shipping departments as needed.
• Load outbound shipments accurately and securely.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate inventory by documenting material movements.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Keep warehouse aisles and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Support general warehouse operations as needed.
