Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and transportation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires strong communication with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams; experience with ERP and MS Office; ability to manage multiple priorities; and sentinel attention to compliance

Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or shipping coordination.
• Strong knowledge of freight, shipping and inventory processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• International shipping experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from order release through delivery.
• Schedule and track inbound and outbound freight with carriers.
• Communicate shipment status and delivery updates to customers and teams.
• Prepare shipping documentation, bills of lading, packing slips, and other logistics-related paperwork.
• Monitor inventory movements and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Partner with manufacturing, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies, freight claims, and delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate records within ERP and inventory systems.
• Generate logistics and transportation reports as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

Salary: USD21 - USD23 per hour

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and transportation activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries, maintaining accurate records, and serving as a key liaison between customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Pay:$21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from order release through delivery
• Schedule and track inbound and outbound freight with carriers and transportation providers
• Communicate shipment status, delays, and delivery updates to customers and internal teams
• Prepare shipping documentation, bills of lading, packing slips, and other logistics-related paperwork
