Job summary

American Bolt Corporation in New Berlin, WI is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Lead for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 5:30AM-2:00PM). You will coordinate daily shipping, guide the team, and work cross-functionally to ensure on-time deliveries while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years' experience in warehouse shipping, receiving, and/or order fulfillment.
• Experience training, leading, or guiding warehouse staff is preferred.
• Forklift experience required (sit-down, stand-up, scissors lift preferred).
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping activities to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Partner with warehouse leadership to manage workloads, staffing, and priorities.
• Assign driver routes and vehicles and support loading activities.
• Arrange FedEx and third-party shipments with required paperwork.
• Monitor outbound progress and communicate priorities during handoffs.
• Train and provide feedback to shipping team members.
• Collaborate with Sales and other departments to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve shipping processes and inventory accuracy.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
