CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC seeks a Controller with logistics industry experience for our CAAS practice in Minneapolis, MN. You will lead internal controls, budgeting, and reporting across client engagements, guiding financial strategy and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Required: Bachelor's degree and 7 years of accounting experience; CPA preferred but not required. Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office; travel as needed. Salary range reflects Minnesota market.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• 7 years of relevant accounting/finance experience required; logistics industry preferred.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with accounting software and systems; QuickBooks highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Willingness to travel locally and non-local as needed.

Mansioni

• Develop internal control policies and procedures for budgeting and cash management.
• Coordinate financial planning, budgeting, procurements, and investments.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for regulatory needs.
• Advise management on short- and long-term financial objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and performance of accounting staff; implement actions.
• Communicate with boards and investors; prep board materials.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and accounting standards.
• Direct and support client relationships for CLA CAAS practice.
