De Mase Warehouse Systems is seeking a Compliance Director to lead the compliance department, ensuring DOT, FMCSA and related regulations are strictly followed across all operations, including US-Canada freight and oversized loads.

The role covers driver qualification, drug/alcohol testing, regulatory filings, inspections, audits, and training programs for drivers and staff, with a focus on safety, risk management, and documentation accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• Ensure DOT/FMCSA and other regs compliance for drivers, vehicles, and operations.
• Maintain driver qualification files (licenses, medical cards, certifications).
• Oversee drug and alcohol testing program per DOT requirements.
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports.
• Serve as primary contact for inspections and audits.
• Experience with oversize loads and cross-border trucking a plus.
• Prepare onboarding documents for new hires and drivers.
• Liaise with insurers, legal teams and government to manage risk.
• Familiar with Hours of Service and Samsara GPS/ELOG systems.
• Develop and deliver compliance training for drivers and staff.

• Oversee compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and state/federal regulations.
• Maintain driver qualification files and conduct MVR reviews.
• Manage the company’s drug and alcohol testing program per DOT.
• Submit regulatory filings and required reports in a timely manner.
• Act as primary contact during inspections and audits.
• Collaborate with insurance, legal and government officials to minimize risk.
• Ensure Hours of Service compliance and use of Samsara GPS/ELOG.
• Lead safety and compliance training for drivers and operations staff.
• Ensure annual vehicle inspections and proper maintenance documentation.
• Support bonded cargo operations and cross-border logistics.
