Job summary

Maersk is seeking a meticulous, customer-focused professional to support commercial operations, pricing, and contract management within a fast-paced logistics environment in the United States. You will partner with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure pricing accuracy and contract compliance while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities include quoting, invoicing accuracy, contract renewal planning, and end-to-end management of Ocean opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Advanced or Bachelor’s Degree in logistics/supply chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quote customers and ensure prices/terms updated in contract management system.
• Ensure invoices are accurate and sent to customers.
• Collaborate with Ocean and LNS Product management, GSC, Client Managers, and Accounts Receivable.
• Update contract management system in a timely manner.
• Lead commercial functions and negotiations for Ocean offers.
• Cross-sell Ocean+ products.
• Manage Ocean opportunities end-to-end with Salesforce hygiene.
• Engage with Legal/Regulatory and contract standards for price decisions.
• Meet deadlines and communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Review contractual performance for compliance and changes.
• Assist with Monthly/Quarterly Business Review prep and presentations.
• Provide price quotes and cost insights aligned with company policies.
