Job summary

Maersk is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support pricing, contract management, and commercial operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, product teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate pricing, compliant contracts, and a seamless customer experience.

The role requires strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in logistics, supply chain, or transportation roles.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide price quotes to customers and ensure quotes/terms are updated in the contract system.
• Ensure invoice accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with Ocean, product teams, GSC, Client Managers, and Accounts Receivable.
• Quote customers per company policies and standards.
• Ensure contracts are executed and updated timely in the contract system.
