Arrive Logistics in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Carrier Account Representative to establish and grow relationships with carrier partners, delivering best-in-class service to our customers. You will earn more as your carrier network and volumes expand, while benefiting from our mentorship and training programs.

You will receive education on our ARRIVEnow platform and work closely with the Carrier team to develop strategies for sourcing capacity and improving service levels.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or related field.
• Strong communication skills on phone, email and in person.
• Able to build relationships with a wide range of people including drivers, dispatchers and leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and grow relationships with carrier partners to service customer needs.
• Provide best-in-class service and proactive communication.
• Meet KPIs for on-time deliveries and proactive tracking.
• Participate in the training program and develop carrier relationships.
