• Manage load board daily with data entry, building, scheduling, tracking, and closing loads.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness when building loads for customer accounts.
• Arrange pickup and delivery appointments with shippers and consignees.
• Provide timely updates to Carrier reps and customer contacts.
• Communicate proactively with customers when shipments are delayed.
• Develop knowledge of Arrive operations and customer lanes.
