Job summary

Arrive Logistics is seeking a Client Success Associate in Austin, TX to oversee daily operations of existing and new client accounts, focusing on load building, scheduling, tracking shipments, and providing timely updates.

You will work independently and collaboratively across departments, delivering precise, proactive service, resolving issues, and maximizing load profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment and work ethic.
• Fast-paced and able to multitask in a high‑pressure environment.
• Polished communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, both verbal & written.
• Able to take verbal/written instruction and execute with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Manage load board daily with data entry and scheduling, tracking, reviewing loads, and closing out loads to ensure execution.
• Focus on accuracy and timeliness while building loads for customer accounts.
• Obtain pickup and delivery appointments from shippers and consignees within your customer’s network.
• Deliver effective and timely communication with Carrier reps and customer contacts when rescheduling pickups, deliveries, and tracking updates.
• Communicate with customer contacts proactively when a shipment will be delayed.
