Qualifications

• 12+ months’ customer service in logistics or 3PL environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to sit, stand, climb ladders and tolerate warehouse conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask and follow through.
• Experience with continuous improvement tools/methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the liaison between clients and NRI operations.
• Manages client interactions and higher level troubleshooting with other departments.
• Coordinates flow of inventory with Inventory Team and VAS.
• Ensures client SLAs are communicated to the operations team.
• Follows NRI safety rules and SOPs.
• Keeps work areas safe, clean, and tidy at all times.
• Performs other duties as requested.
