NRI 3PL is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to facilitate order processing and serve as the primary liaison for customers. This role involves customer service, inventory coordination, and communication of client priorities within our operations team.

Qualifications

• 12+ months’ customer service experience, preferably in logistics or 3PL.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
• Ability to work in varying physical conditions, including warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients and NRI operations.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate inventory flow.
• Communicate client SLA’s to the operations team.
