Job summary

You will work with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, accurate shipments and strong account performance.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or higher, 2+ years in logistics, familiarity with warehouse systems, and solid Excel/Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma; college coursework preferred.
• 2+ years direct experience in logistics or related field.
• Familiarity with warehouse terminology and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client contact and act as liaison for account needs.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and scheduling.
• Manage invoices, billing documents, and reporting.
