Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for on-site warehouse operations. The role requires directing team members, ensuring accurate picking/packing, and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include inventory counts, equipment operation, and RF scanning to ensure efficient, compliant handling of client shipments. On-site presence is required; forklift certification is mandatory within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three or more years of related experience.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Experience operating forklift and warehouse equipment.
• Ability to read basic checklists and forms.

Responsibilities

• Directs work of team members as instructed by supervisor.
• Ensure orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and timely.
• Perform inventory counts and adjust as needed.
• Monitor safety and security procedures.
• Operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.
• Load/unload materials and attach labels to items.
• Scan freight using warehouse management system with RF equipment.
