Responsibilities

• Prioritize mail to meet SLAs.
• Communicate with departments when systems go down and articulate the problem for resolution.
• Coordinate with Production/Vendors/USPS to plan large jobs.
• Write recaps and respond to QC/Production questions using Outlook.
• Brainstorm ideas with team and managers to improve processes.
• Use Production Reports to ensure proper job prioritization and accurate scanning.
• Understand vendor rules/regulations for mailings.
• Maintain accurate tracking of all mail via Production systems and software.
• Review and submit manifest documents to presort vendors.
• Ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Research issues and troubleshoot problems.
• Prepare mail on the floor for presort vendors.
• Ensure each job is sorted and scanned accurately and completely.
• Prioritize and manage workload within an 8-hour period, with overtime/weekends/holidays when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are actively seeking a Logistics Clerk for our Edgewood facility. This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure mail is being prioritized so that all SLA’s are met.
• Communicate with departments when systems go down and to be able to articulate the problem so it can get resolved.
• Communicate with other areas of Production/Vendors/USPS to ensure we have all the information we need to plan when large jobs release or should be preloaded.
• Knowledge of Outlook-Good communication skills to write recaps to the team or to respond to QC/Production questions.
• Brainstorm ideas with team and managers on how to make processes more efficient.
• Be able to utilize Production Reports to ensure mail is not released before it should be and to make sure jobs are prioritized accurately.
• Work to understand Vendor rules/regulations for mailings.
• Perform tasks for accurate tracking of all incoming and outgoing mail using the Production systems and software.
• Review and submit the manifest documents and present them to the Presort Vendors.
• Ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Research issues and trouble shoot problems.
• Prepare mail on the floor to for presort vendors.
• Follow through to ensure every job is sorted and scanned accurately and in entirety.
• Be able to effectively prioritize and manage workload in an 8-hour period, with ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Hourly Rate: $18.75 per hour depending on experience – Bonus Eligible
