Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions in South Windsor, CT, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the on-site production floor and ensure client SLAs are met in a cost-efficient manner. You will prioritize mailings, monitor lines, and coordinate resources across departments to maintain quality and throughput.

The role requires training Operators, managing labor, and using temps as volume dictates, with a focus on efficiency and preventive maintenance. This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Service Level Agreements with Broadridge Clients are met in the most cost-efficient manner.
• Prioritize all client mailings on production floor to meet SEC and contractual requirements.
• Monitor production lines to maximize throughput and labor cost.
• Coordinate resources between departments to maximize efficiency while maintaining high quality standards.
• Ensure Operators have received proper technical training, quality, and ISO training.
• Oversee labor on the Production floor to maintain efficient operations.
• Utilize outside temp agencies to adjust labor as volume dictates.
• Delegate and ensure machines have work and maximize throughput; minimize downtime.
• Cross-train associates across Production Operations to reduce labor costs.
• Plan, monitor and schedule labor to match workflow.
• Prepare next shift to run efficiently and communicate priorities orally and via email turnovers.
• Monitor part inventory with min/max levels and coordinate with vendors.
• Coordinate with Operations a preventive maintenance schedule for equipment.

This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time. To ensure all Service Level Agreements with Broadridge Clients are met in the most cost-efficient manner. Prioritize all client mailings on production floor to ensure all SEC and contractual requirements are met. Monitor production lines to maximize throughput and labor cost. Coordinate resources between all departments to ensure efficiency is maximized while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• To ensure all Service Level Agreements with Broadridge Clients are met in the most cost-efficient manner.
• Prioritize all client mailings on production floor to ensure all SEC and contractual requirements are met.
• Monitor production lines to maximize throughput and labor cost.
• Coordinate resources between all departments to ensure efficiency is maximized while maintaining high quality standards.
• Responsible for ensuring all Operators have received proper technical training, quality, and ISO training.
• Oversees all labor on the Production floor ensuring the operation is running efficiently.
• Utilizes outside temp agencies to increase and decrease labor as volume dictates.
• Delegates and ensures all machines have work (minimize down time) and the right jobs are on the right machines; monitors and maximizes machine throughput.
• Responsible for Cross Training associates across Production Operations to reduce labor costs and position associates on the proper equipment.
• Plans/ Monitors/ Schedules proper labor to match volume needs dictated by workflow
• Ensures following shift is prepared to run as efficiently as possible and communicate priorities verbally and through daily E-Mail turnovers.
• To monitor part inventory by setting min/max limits and working with part vendors as needed.
• To coordinate with Operations a preventative maintenance schedule for equipment to ensure we are running at maximum efficiency and throughput.

Salary

The salary range for this position is: $66,500 to $72,500 USD annually. Bonus Eligible. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
