Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to lead and supervise security staff, enforce policies, and ensure safe facilities. You will conduct performance evaluations, assign tasks, and coordinate with higher management to uphold service standards.
The role requires strong communication, budget awareness, and experience in security operations. The position is on-site in New York with a Monday–Friday 6 AM–2 PM shift and travel as needed.

Responsible for the safety and security of the organizations’ employees, clients, visitors and property. Activities include: (1) conducting loss prevention assessments, including identifying and characterizing potential risks (2) developing processes and procedures to report on, manage and mitigate loss and security risks to acceptable levels (3) overseeing and conducting security activities, including controlling entry and exit to the organization's premises and safeguarding facilities, equipment, materials and employee property.
In addition to understanding the responsibilities of the Lead Coordinator, the Security Shift Supervisor has the following additional obligations:
Minimum education level – High School graduate. College degree preferred.
Experience level working in the security industry:
Must be computer literate and have typing proficiency.

The salary range for this position is between $60,000.00- $65,000 USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
