You will work various shifts to meet scheduling needs, including nights and weekends. You will build carrier relationships, optimize operations using KPIs, and prepare customer reports and financial analyses to support profitability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required with 1–2 years of transportation/logistics or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a small-sized/less complex group of carriers and/or drivers to ensure safe, timely service.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers to maximize productivity and reduce turnover.
• Develop knowledge to optimize operations and profitability using KPIs.
• Create, maintain, and present customer-specific reporting and financial analysis.
• Assign loads, plan routes, monitor freight movement, and manage exceptions.
• Coordinate yard duties and liaise to resolve service or routing issues.
• Prepare payroll, manage Net-Revenue budget, file and document, and issue settlements.
