Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Customer Service or Logistics experience required
• Call center experience preferred
• General knowledge of logistics operations

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound telephone calls and meet productivity goals
• Learn Dispatch Application and accurately enter pickup requests
• Provide outstanding customer service and address client concerns or escalate as needed
• Determine feasibility of client pickup requests and coordinate with courier or dispatch
• Maintain confidentiality and adapt to staffing requirements including weekends and OT
