• Plan and monitor daily movement of goods and medical shipments, ensuring proper temperature controls.
• Assign pickups/deliveries to internal couriers or external vendors to optimize routes.
• Serve as primary contact for internal teams and external clients to communicate delays and provide updates.
• Coordinate with third-party transport providers to meet Quest Diagnostics quality and safety standards.
• Meet productivity, quality, and safety standards; maintain logs and perform audits as required.
