Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. in Lenexa, KS seeks a Dispatcher I for Sunday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM and Monday-Thursday 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM.

Responsibilities include answering client pick-up requests, planning and scheduling pick-ups, and coordinating with field operations to ensure timely deliveries to the lab. This role requires strong phone skills, ability to handle high call volume, and knowledge of dispatch systems.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years Customer Service or Logistics Experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Associates Degree (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Answers client pick-up request calls and enters into dispatch system.
• Determines if pick-up can be performed as requested by the client based upon multiple factors.
• Assigns pick-up and delivery destinations to courier.
• Actively listens to client concerns, conducts preliminary research and forwards client to appropriate party or escalates issue to a Group Lead or Supervisor.
• May include other tasks as assigned.
