Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in customer service or call center is valued.
• Strong typing, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
• Use proprietary systems to review, research, and resolve insurance-related orders.
• Liaise between insurers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth processes.
