Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer client pick‑up request calls and enter requests into dispatch system.
• Plan, schedule, and assign pick-ups to ensure timely delivery to the lab.
• Communicate with field operations and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Determine feasibility of requested pick‑ups based on multiple factors.
• Forward issues to a Group Lead or Supervisor as needed.
• Participate in other tasks as assigned.
