Job summary

Ace Doran Hauling & Rigging is seeking a Logistics/Brokerage Coordinator to drive revenue by prospecting, securing loads, and negotiating with direct and indirect accounts. You will develop a carrier base, qualify carriers, and handle all transaction details to move shipments.

The role is full-time with salary plus commissions, offering benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, and PTO. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3PL experience required for logistics coordination.
• Experience in brokerage sales and relationship building.
• Experience in brokerage operations and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships and seek referrals to grow business.
• Secure carrier base and negotiate rates in the spot market.
• Utilize assets effectively before brokering freight.
• Manage daily shipping needs and customer requests.
• Identify growth opportunities to hit monthly/quarterly goals.
• Collaborate with the manager to find best account solutions.
• Maintain CRM lead/prospect records and stay aligned with growth.
• Protect company and customer information per policy.
