Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics/transportation preferred (3PL/Brokerage a plus).

Responsibilities

• Track and trace orders.
• Provide shipment updates.
• Build new orders.
• Provide expedite services.
• Assist with paperwork/documentation.
• Reply to customer requests.
• Reply to carrier requests.
• Interact with carrier and customer stakeholders.
• Communicate professionally over the phone.
• Provide timely tracking and tracing.
• Maintain a sense of urgency for time-sensitive shipments.
• Resolve transportation issues during transit.
