Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with B2B billing.
• Experience handling billing discrepancies with customers.
• Processing invoices into ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and confirm Shipper Bill of Lading (BOL) in Truckmate to ensure shipment details are accurate.
• Apply correct rating and verify customer credit terms during freight bill creation.
• Approve, finalize, and print invoices per customer agreements and internal policies.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies from initiation to completion with documented findings.
• Link all relevant documentation to billing records in Synergize imaging platform.
