Aston Carter is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory management in a fast-paced setting. You will work with ERP systems to maintain accurate data, track shipments, and optimize stock levels while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, order accuracy, and proactive problem-solving to reduce delays and costs. This onsite, contract position is based in St.

Competenze

• Experience in supply chain operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems for inventory, ordering, and data analysis.
• High accuracy data entry and documentation in a warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of logistics, procurement, and supply chain management principles.

Mansioni

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee packaging, labeling, and documentation for shipments.
• Collaborate with carriers to negotiate rates and resolve issues.
• Track and trace shipments to minimize delays.
• Maintain inventory control procedures and monitor stock levels.
• Perform kitting and issue materials to job orders.
• Use RF scanners for picking and inventory transactions.
• Provide clear communication to internal and external stakeholders.
