Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking a Logistics Support Coordinator in St. Paul, MN to ensure data integrity across transportation and supply chain invoicing.

The role focuses on data tracking, auditing, and reconciliation, acting as a liaison between Logistics and Accounts Payable to ensure billing accuracy with freight carriers, 3PL warehouses, and brokers. The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP/TMS systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365

Qualifications

• 3 years of dedicated experience in logistics administration, billing auditing, or specialized Accounts Payable (AP).
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field ideal but not required; equivalent experience accepted.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data reconciliation formulas.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, freight accessorial fees, and 3PL workflows.
• Experience with ERP/TMS systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and E2open preferred.
• Proven ability resolving invoice variances directly with vendors.
• Excellent data integrity and cross-functional collaboration to clear payment blocks.

Responsibilities

• Audit and process warehouse invoices for Finished Goods and Raw Materials.
• Audit and process recurring invoices for pallet systems.
• Audit and process transportation invoices not handled via automated TMS.
• Audit and process accessorial or other charges for EDI carriers within the TMS.
• Audit and process freight charges related to co-packer operations and cross-border FedEx charges.
• Code invoices and approve line items up to $5,000; delegate above $5,000.
• Act as 1st level approver of logistics charges in Dynamics 365 and create blanket POs.
• Build and maintain data trackers for non-TMS transportation, warehouses, pallets, and brokers.
• Review data, report issues, and monitor carrier loads in E2open TMS; approve third-party access requests.
• Review carrier statements and resolve payment issues with AP.
