Job summary

DHL Supply Chain seeks a Logistics Innovation Manager to evaluate, design, and implement emerging warehouse technologies across multiple First Solar locations in the U.S. This role partners with Operations, IT, and external providers to drive automation, safety, and cost improvements.

You will develop business cases, ROI analyses, capacity and labor models, and implementation roadmaps, coordinating pilots, tests, and full deployments while communicating complex concepts to leadership and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial/logistics engineering or warehouse automation.
• Experience evaluating/implementing warehouse automation or autonomous tech.
• Experience building CBAs/ROI models for capital investments.
• Strong IE skills: process flow, capacity, labor modeling, layout.
• Proven cross-functional, vendor, and customer-facing project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Create the innovation vision for DHL's supply chain.
• Attend demonstrations and pilot evaluations of automation tech.
• Draft business cases and ROI analyses for proposed solutions.
• Develop an innovation roadmap with pilots to full implementations.
• Coordinate demonstrations, pilots, and documentation of results.
• Apply IE principles to identify, vet, and deploy warehouse automation.
• Assess innovations for operational fit, scalability, and impact.
• Lead and coordinate with vendors, IT, and operations.
