This role focuses on implementing automated material handling equipment, analyzing performance, and collaborating with operations to optimize KPIs while delivering cost-effective solutions. A strong background in CAD, PLCs, WCS/WMS, and data analytics is required, with 3+ years in engineering and 1+ years in distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years equivalent work experience, required.
• 3+ years experience in Engineering, required.
• 1+ years experience in distribution, logistics, project management, required.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of automated material handling equipment in distribution centers across project phases.
• Calculate equipment rates and target performance.
• Support equipment punch listing and rate testing.
• Support warehouse control / execution system software design and testing.
• Educate operations on how to use new equipment.
• Perform data analysis of equipment rates and errors.
• Support maintenance agreements with operations.
• Develop productivity estimates for processes interfacing with material handling equipment.
