Job summary

OnTrac is seeking an onsite HUB Area Manager in Logan Township, NJ. The role supervises sort activities and lead handlers, ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Salary starts at $59,840–$92,400 with potential to $110,880, depending on experience and equity. This responsible position reports to the facility Operations Manager and requires flexibility for extended hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• GED/Diploma required. BA/BS in related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in logistics/shipping/3PL with at least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Ability to evaluate data and present answers clearly.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and mathematical skills.
• Effective communication and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage, staff and schedule a team of Package Handlers and Lead Package Handlers in an assigned area to ensure safety and quality.
• Monitor progress, provide feedback, identify areas for improvement and address performance/attendance.
• Conduct pre-sort meetings and communicate daily goals, events and safety priorities.
• Record and manage arrivals/departures and flow of volume from Linehauls.
• Execute safety training, audits and end-of-shift reporting.
