Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in logistics/shipping/3PL with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Ability to summarize data and present findings clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and staff a team of handlers and leads in a facility area.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and address attendance.
• Lead safety training, audits, and end-of-shift reporting.
• Coordinate flow of volume from designated Linehauls and ensure quality standards.
