Job summary

Sitka Inc. is seeking a Logistics Analyst in Elkton, Maryland to advance regional warehousing performance through data-driven analysis, standardization, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate across Logistics Operations, Procurement, IT, and external partners to translate needs into practical solutions.

The role emphasizes analytics, reporting, and project support to drive decisions and optimize the logistics network. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience with warehouse operations, inventory control, analytics (dashboards, KPI frameworks) and performance management.
Advanced analytical capability with Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or SAP reporting.

Responsibilities

Assess business requests, translate requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally to develop scalable logistics solutions.
Manage and implement logistics projects that advance capabilities and deliver measurable value.
Partner with 3PLs and internal teams to define processes, interfaces, and performance expectations.
Build and maintain data analytics capabilities, dashboards, and reporting for evidence-based decisions.
Monitor logistics performance via KPIs, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement.
Serve as regional SME, supporting problem-solving and best practice deployment.
Support optimization initiatives including inventory, warehouse productivity, and service levels.
Aid digital transformation by enabling SAP WM/EWM, TMS, process design, testing, and stabilization.
