Job summary

The analyst will monitor SAP data, provide rate quotes, maintain freight workflows, and coordinate SAP and Transplace TMS interactions. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related field required.
• 1 year experience in freight, accounting or finance role.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain data within SAP in line with business rules.
• Provide rate quotes to business teams for analysis, spot rates, prepaid and add shipments.
• Organize CPU requests and maintenance; support shipment costing error resolution.
• Update freight workflow data requirements; support invoice error resolution and GL coding requirements.
• Receive requests and action orders and shipments inquires synchronized between SAP and Transplace TMS solutions.
• Capture, organize, and store freight BOL/invoices.
