Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations strategy.
• Ability to own initiatives end-to-end from concept to implementation.
• Strong NetSuite proficiency spanning financial capture, planning, and operational workflows.
• Ability to operate across lean informal and enterprise-grade process environments.

Responsibilities

• Own logistics initiatives end-to-end from framing through scoping, execution, and transition to steady-state operations.
• Translate ambiguous operational challenges into structured plans with milestones and owners.
• Scale processes between lean execution and enterprise standards as needed.
• Design and maintain data streams and dashboards for logistics performance for multiple stakeholder groups.
• Bridge gaps between systems with interim tooling and AI-assisted builds.
• Diagnose root-cause discrepancies between designed processes and day-to-day execution.
• Communicate risks, delays, and costs across logistics, finance, and operations.
