Gore is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join our Elkton, Maryland team in a hybrid role. You will advance regional logistics operations and warehousing performance through data-driven analysis, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with 3PLs and internal teams.

The role emphasizes performance management, dashboards, KPIs, and SAP-enabled processes to improve service, cost, and execution discipline across the logistics network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics analytics (dashboards, KPIs, performance management).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas) and data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI, SAP reporting).
• Ability to extract, validate, and analyze large multi-source data sets to drive actionable insights.
• Knowledge of warehouse/transport systems (SAP WM, EWM, TM) and distribution/logistics analytics.

Responsibilities

• Assess cross-functional requests and translate requirements into scalable logistics solutions.
• Manage logistics projects that advance capabilities and deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate with 3PLs and internal teams to define processes and performance expectations.
• Build and maintain data analytics capabilities, dashboards, and reporting for evidence-based decisions.
• Monitor logistics performance via KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Support inventory optimization, warehouse productivity, and service-level improvements.
• Assist digital transformation through SAP-based processes, testing, and stabilization.
