Job summary

Gore in Elkton, Maryland is seeking a Logistics Analyst to advance regional logistics operations through data-driven analysis, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role focuses on optimizing 3PL performance, inventory management, and successful SAP-enabled logistics processes.

The position offers hybrid work in Elkton, with a salary range of $91,000–$121,000 annually and a comprehensive benefits package starting Day 1.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics analytics including KPI frameworks and dashboards
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) and data visualization/reporting tools such as Power BI or SAP reporting
• Experience with SAP logistics modules (WM/EWM, TM) and warehouse/transportation systems
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with 3PL providers
• Fluency in English and ability to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Assess requests and translate requirements to scalable logistics solutions
• Manage and implement logistics projects delivering measurable value
• Partner with 3PLs and internal teams to improve processes and performance
• Build dashboards and reporting to enable data-driven decisions
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective and continuous improvements
• Act as regional SME for E2E Supply Chain and logistics optimization
• Support inventory optimization, warehouse productivity, and service levels
• Support SAP-based digital transformation and system adoption
• Provide problem-solving support and best-practice deployment
• Perform other duties aiding logistics operations and initiatives
