Qualifications

• Two years of prior experience working in a Dispatcher or similar leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee drivers, trucks, and containers to maximize capacity and productivity.
• Analyze daily route information and implement changes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure routes are closed on time by verifying data and stabilizing processes.
• Proactively respond to in-transit issues and optimize driver safety and asset security.
• Collect and analyze logistics data to improve routing accuracy and performance.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers to monitor route progress and provide information.
• Evaluate driver performance issues and develop resolution strategies.
• Review swing routes and ensure opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Understand disposal plans to select optimal sites for loads and hold drivers accountable.
