International Motors USA is seeking a Logistics Analyst - Night Shift at its San Antonio, TX plant. This salaried role supports daily data analysis for upcoming products and interfaces with Supply Chain and Production initiatives.

The position includes a 5:30 PM–4:00 AM night shift on Monday–Thursday, with a 10% shift differential after transitioning to night work. Occasional extended hours or weekend support may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with no experience
• 2+ years of supply chain or manufacturing experience
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (no H-1B)

Responsibilities

• Ownership of data analysis for upcoming products (jobs)
• Presentation type definition based on forecast
• Develop and maintain layouts for Supply Chain-managed areas
• Set up new parts in the system
• Establish and maintain standard work instructions for plant materials team
• Deploy Lean Material Flow strategies at the plant and warehouse
• Support Line Feeding and Factory Feeding teams
• Troubleshoot daily operational deviations
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and activities
